Order Fulfillment Policies


COVID-19 UPDATE

DAMN CO continues to fulfill orders from our home offices in Paris, France and Los Angeles, California.

Most orders ship with USPS in the USA and La Poste in France. International restrictions are changed daily - view updates here. If you'd like us to hold your order for shipment, feel free to reach out via email at support@thedamncompany.com. DHL express shipping is available for a fee.

All orders are on track for delivery with 1-3 day delays.

GENERAL SHIPPING

It is our goal to process each order within 1-2 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout. DAMN CO partners with USPS, La Poste, UPS and DHL for delivery. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with relevant tracking information. Domestic purchases arrive within 1-5 business days once dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES AND DUTY

International shipments are free for orders over certain total amount. Otherwise, the shipment charges apply. Items will be shipped via DHL Express unless otherwise clarified. International purchases arrive within 7-14 business days once dispatched.

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of our shipping base locale may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. We are legally obligated to declare the items at their retail price. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from DAMN CO, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to DAMN CO.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out via email at support@thedamncompany.com.

Some items are subject to strict terms and conditions and cannot be exchanged or returned. You must contact us in advance for a return authorisation. We ultimately reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it falls outside of our RETURNS Policy.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At this time, DAMN CO is not responsible for return shipping costs, duty fees and/or refunding the original costs of shipment to your country. Items must be returned in new condition within 7 days of delivery. Prior to returning your item, please email support@thedamncompany.com to ensure our receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 7 business days not including weekends and national holidays for the funds to be available again in your bank account.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact Operations team at joey@thedamncompany.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items for online store credit if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@thedamncompany.com for a return authorisation. We cannot accept exchanges and returns without it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

RETURN SHIPPING

For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are fully responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

We cannot assume responsibility for any reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us. Please use a recorded (tracking) service at your own cost to ensure the return item is received by us. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are returning items from outside of the EU, please write on the outside of the package ‘Returned goods, relief applied for.’ This will avoid any unnecessary customs charges.

We will notify you via email once your return has arrived with us for processing. If we are able to fulfil your exchange, we will email to confirm this has been swapped and shipped.

ORDER CHANGES

Need to make a change to your order? For in-stock items, we must know within 1 hour as many of these pieces ship same-day. Please email support@thedamncompany.com with your order number and requested change.

For orders placed on release days, cancellations are subject to restocking fee per item.
